tradition

Along with gorging on turkey, watching football, playing walnut ball, and taking long snoozes on the couch, Thanksgiving at my aunt and uncle's farm is always made complete with some sort of brow-sweating activity. In past years it has been butchering hogs or cutting wood to burn in the house. This year we mixed things up a bit by cutting down a bunch of scraggly-looking trees and making a gigantic bonfire.
